No more packed lunches to make the night before, no school uniforms to get ready for Monday, no after school clubs and activities to rush to each night, no early morning rises and queues of traffic on the roads doing the school run……it can only mean one thing……..schools out for summer!!!! Instead there are lots of very hungry children at home who seem to need feeding hourly, lots of mess around the house as they are simply incapable of tidying up after themselves, late nights and sleepovers meaning tired and grumpy children and a never ending demand on our quickly diminishing bank balance.
